3TG Tech LLC (“3TG”, “we”) runs 3tg-tech.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

  • When you ask a question or request a quote: your name, work email, company, phone number, and whatever you write about your part or project.
  • When you place an order: billing and shipping details, company, PO number, any carrier account number you give us, and the items you order.
  • When you pay by card: card details go straight to our payment processor. They never pass through or get stored on this website, and we can’t see your full card number.
  • When you browse: basic technical data (pages viewed, browser, approximate location from your IP address) through cookies and, once enabled, Google Analytics.

How we use it

To answer your questions, quote and fulfill orders, ship parts, send order and shipping updates, provide certificates of conformance and other documents you request, keep records our quality system requires, and improve the site. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business: our website host, our payment processor, shipping carriers, our email provider, and our inventory and order system. Each gets only what it needs to do its job. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies

The store uses cookies to keep your cart and account working. Analytics cookies help us see which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout need them to work.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and messages: up to three years. Orders and the records tied to them: as long as tax, quality and regulatory requirements call for. Analytics data: 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. Email sales@3tg-tech.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Some records, like completed orders, we may need to keep for legal reasons, and we’ll tell you if so.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, staff accounts use individual logins, and card data is handled by our payment processor. No system is perfect, and we’ll tell affected customers promptly if a breach involves their information.
