Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Order by 3 PM Central, it ships today. In-stock parts ship the same business day from Maple Grove, Minnesota. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
  • Your carrier or ours. Choose 3TG shipping at checkout, or enter your own FedEx or UPS account number and we’ll ship on it with no shipping charge from us.
  • Made to order. Parts not in stock at Maple Grove show “Made to order” and an estimated lead time before you buy.
  • Every order ships with a packing slip. A Certificate of Conformance and material certs are available on request.
  • We ship anywhere in the United States. International orders ship on your own FedEx or UPS account, entered at checkout.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order ships from our facility.

Returns

  1. Ask first. Email sales@3tg-tech.com with your order number and the reason. Returns need 3TG’s approval before you ship them back.
  2. Part doesn’t meet spec? Inspect your order and tell us in writing within 30 days of receipt, then return the parts. We’ll repair or replace them.
  3. Ordered the wrong part or quantity? Ask within 45 days of receipt. Returns are at 3TG’s discretion. Large orders of stock or standard items carry a minimum 30% restocking charge.
  4. Packaging. Tubing, liners and extrusions must have the inner poly-sleeve unopened and the original label on the package. Marker bands and other components must be in the original sealed, labeled packaging. Parts that arrive damaged don’t qualify for credit.
  5. Shipping costs to and from 3TG are paid by the buyer.

What can’t be returned

  • Trial kits and custom run orders.
  • Heat shrink tubing custom-made or cut to any length other than standard (70″ for FEP heat shrink; 50″ for PET heat shrink and all other tubing).
  • Anything with a cut seal or opened inner sleeve.
